Moderated by Alysia Montano, join us for a conversation with panelists as they share their journeys to becoming advocates for underrepresented communities in their respective sports. We’ll discuss the challenges they've battled and what's shaping the future of athletics. This conversation is sure to be a roadmap for how we want to show up in our own lives, while building the athletic and outdoor communities to be stronger, more accessible and more fun than ever.

This conversation will be moderated by REI's Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer, Wilma Wallace.
